I have ordered from this site twice and they deliver very promptly exactly what I ordered. Great service. It was just confusing to figure out how to order on Amazon. What you do is place the order, for say, 100 napkins - and then click on the seller button which takes you to their page on Amazon. There you can send them an email with all the details - color, font, wording, ink selection, graphic. If you order 100 napkins, you can request 50 in one color and 50 in another color. I phoned them with the first order to learn all this - and they were very friendly and helpful. Also they are very good with tight timeframes for those of us who order at the last minute..
